The Newcrest Institution was opened in 1774, quickly becoming the most inhabited prison in all of Simerica. However, due to Oasis Springs and Willow Creeks rise in population, the city of Newcrest was quickly abandoned in 1863. However, rumor says prisoners are still trapped in the walls.
