A cheap, not-quite-starter renovation of the Canal Corner lot in #evergreenharbor. Added a second bedroom, moved the bathroom downstairs, and changed up some of the decorations as well as added a back patio and moved the fencing a bit. Can now house up to 3 sims. #starterreno #renovation #ecoliving
