It's a micro home, with its tile count at 30. Rooftop is accessible and designed as a place to hang out with a handful of Sims coming over. Was initially made for a fitness-oriented Sim, hence the gym equipment. MoveObjects trickery was used to make the inside actually feel like a tiny house, packed with clutter and storage spaces.
