This is ruined version of my "13 Sun St.-Luxury House". That happen when last owners move out in hurry and some hooligans steal or destroy what's left. And then part of ceiling collapses. What a misforfune, but for some Sims this may be opportunity to start new life. This house is perfect to play as "homeless" Sim or runaway teenager if you care about story and background(lot in fact is expensive).
