Ok so it's not quite haunted yet... but there are unhaunted gravestones just waiting to be replaced with haunted ones. This place is unfurnished. It has two HUGE bedrooms with attached rooms that can be bathrooms, as well as a third level that could easily become more bedrooms and bathrooms. Loads of potential.
