Welcome to Simsie Gardens, a family friendly community lot! This was once the home of a rich excentric Sim who, upon his death, donated the house to the city. So it was trasformed into a conservatory and cafe, displaying some of the things he left behind along side the many plants, the substantial grounds turned into gardens and park area.
