This #small house near #ConiferStation in #EvergreenHarbor is in serious need of a renovation, which is why its' price is low and perfect for a young family who is just starting out. While the outside may look very unkept, the inside feels very homey, with a lot of bright colors. I furnished it with a young mother, her toddler son and their cat in mind.
