This is for a big family that have six sims. I built it with two parents, one teen, twin kids and one toddler (but it's up to you). There are 3 and a half bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a sauna, an inside pool, a working area with the canddle making station and some other things and there's also a BIG play area for your kids (that includes a tree house yes).
