Hillside Apartments
I thought since since we can have roommates now, I should build a apartment building. It has a beautiful lobby and gym on the first floor. There are 6 apartments and they have a small shared porch in the front and a large communal porch in the back on each floor. Each floor has a different color theme so your sim can choose their favorite.
