This house has potential for 3 bedrooms but two of the rooms are being used as studios. It's perfect for anyone wanting to work on their creative skills, so anyone with a family will have to make small changes. I created this for a couple I play with who I thought needed a house by the beach. I'm by no means a perfect builder but I hope someone gets some use out of this build!
