This house is the first house I've ever completed building and I'm pretty happy with it. I've designed this house to be entered into #gerbsims #dreamhome #competition as a dream home for a sim with either the programming skill, gaming skill, geek trait or tech guru career (eSports Gamer branch). I imagine the sim that would live here would stream video games from their computer but is also pretty tidy and takes care of their valuables (materialistic). Can suit male or female.
