Another house made for a friends sims! This loft-style beach house doesn't look like much from the front, but once you step inside, you are transported into ~paradise~. It's mostly an entertaining house but can easily make it fam-friendly. Had trouble deciding between upstairs kitchen/living room and downstairs bedrooms.. but I think the open concept and window wall look works really well here.
