Updated Cheap Family Home
Took Lilsimsie's Cheap Family Home and tried to update. Did I make it better? You can be the judge of that. I kept the house to be 4 bedrooms and was able to add a 1/2 bath (making it 1.5 bathrooms). I was able to keep it under $30,000 but some sacrafices were made. #Enjoy
