Community Space
A #renovation of the #oldfactory that used to sit on this lot, the #waterfront and is now a #communityspace with a lot your Sims can do. It has a #gym #artstudio and a lot more! Part of the #factory still has its old roots, with the old brick flooring, and old factory equipment. It even has a #cupcakemachine! Next, I will use the shell of this build, and build a #communitygarden #Makerspace and the other lot type. #EcoLifestyle #EcoLiving #eco #abandonedfactory #TheWaterfront #skillbuilding #lot
