I built this to look like a commercial lot but it has an entire appartment in the basment with full kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 master bedroom, ensuite and a laundry! then above ground is a small common area and public bathrooms. Outside has a small plant nursery, dining area and making flower arrangement area . Out the front is a goods sale table for your Sims to make a living for themselves off of what they'd made and collected. #runawayteen #commercial #quirky #underground #different
