Took on this renovation by #Emma_Gabbert and absolutely loved the challenge! Healthy budget of 45,000K to renovate a tornado destroyed home. Needed to include a master bedroom with en suite, nursery and functioning basement. I kept the outer shell the same and added an additional deck, new windows and window boxes to give the outside a fresh feel. Knocking down some internal walls opened up the living space.
