For the 1990s made a craftsman bungalow in brindleton bay. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and room for 4 sims. The top level is just the master en suite, and everything else is on the bottom level. Inside I made sure to use things like white counters and shabby chic furniture that was popular in the 90s.
