I wanted to make a modern build and i kinda figured foxbury would be the best place, so I made student housing! there is 8 beds, a kitchen space, living areas, study spaces, two bathrooms, and everything for your sims partying/ hobby needs. i also did over an hour of furnishing in ASMR that will be up on youtube!
