Ellie's Spot! I made this (fast food? could be transformed into a cafe too) after I played the last of us part II. I saw a cafe that was shaped like this on the inside and I was like.. I'm going to make this in the sims lol. It's not very similiar but I named it after Ellie anyways, and in the storage room upstairs there are 3 paintings on the wall that looks ~kinda~ like clickers for a little... easter egg?
