Governor's Mansion
A big gothic mansion. I suggest using the moveobjects cheat before placing. I used the basement space as a prison for my vampire sims to herd their thralls, but you could easily repurpose it for more wholesome measures. The 3rd floor is just thrown-together bedrooms.
