This is very basic starter for 8 sims with a lot of room to grow. Right now, there are only beds (3x doble beds + 2x single beds), simple kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace and 2 furnished bathroooms (but there is a rooms prepared for another 2 bathrooms). There is also an outdoor terase in the back with glass roof. Really only the necessary things to start your game.
