Hoping that #eagames and #thesims and #maxis will take a little hint, i have created a two family home. Each household has a different layout to show that there are two individual dwellings on this lot. the left dwelling is 2 bdrm and 2 bath with a large kitchen and dining on the second floor. This side is also eqipped with a pool and plenty of entertaining space. this is a 4 sim home. The right side is 4bdrm and 3 baths.
