I just listened to the #UTPB podcast episode reviewing the university pack, so it inspired me to redo the Elderberry house! Downstairs is typical precious grandparent's house and the third floor is basically Rohan's party room for when he goes to college, him and his cool college bros or whatever can hang out up there and reak havoc.
