Just a simple and small home for a big family, i tried to make it a starter home but i'm not sure if is, unless you start the game with 8 sims then you'll have 34k i think. Unfortunately i couldn't fit one more bathroom but you can easily expand the house, the backyard is quite big and you can eventually build it up with whatever you want, and there's quite a few skill building items too.
