Modern 8 Sims Brownstone
My version of a #modern #brownstone that's been upgraded and renovated. This is a remodel of my own brownstone to accomodate the #maximum amount of 8 playable sims per lot. A request made by a friend who is playing the 100 baby challenge. Only two of the bedrooms are shared so sims can get plenty of privacy if need be. There is a #gym, #sauna and #hottube in the #basement as well as a #pool. It actually fits on a 20x20, and it packs a lot of bang for your simoleons. #moo #nocc #8sims #basement
