Derry WellHouse - IT 2016
This it a replica of the Derry Wellhouse in the 2016 remake of "IT". IT is not an exact duplication of the house from the movie, I wanted the house to be playable so it is fully furnished. Check out the well I created in the basement and there is a nod to Pennywise in the attic.
