Block Starter
This modern starter I have built has 1 floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, lounge, study and also a bbq entertainment area with bonus pool! This starter I have built on a 30x20 lot so you have heaps of room to expand and add more rooms if you are having kids or another roomie move in.
