Abeautiful garden to begin an Adam and Eve challenge in. There's a bathing pool (need mod for swimming increases hygiene on mod the sims) There's several bushes to fill the bladder need. And most important a great garden with the Growfruit tree that they are to care for but not eat of. The lot can also be used as a community garden/park.
