Modern Family Shell
Built on an #Ecoliving lot, where #PigulockManor used to be, is this stunning #modern #family #farmhouse. It was built with all #Basegame items and materials. I laid out the basic concept of the house too, but it's basically a #shell. Downstairs is a fairly #open #floorplan. Depending on what packs you own you could style a #mudroom, #laundryday #laundryroom, #halfbath, and/or a #pantry in those first floor spaces. Upstairs is a #fullbathroom with #fourbedrooms. #Landscaping is done too.
