On the ground floor > large #open area with kitchen, dining area and living room. 1 bathroom - 2nd floor > 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an extra room. If I used exp. pack it will only be Cats and Dogs. I didn't do much for the garden in order to keep the house #cheap, feel free to add and upgrade furnitures as you progress in-game.
