Base game 28 tile micro home for 8 sims. I wantes to prove you could build a 32 tile house for 8 sims WITHOUT the use of fake rooms, I ended up making it 28! Fully functional and play tested, meets all sims needs sufficiently. It can be done smaller, with the use of CC or other packs, though I only have base game and didn't want to use my mods.Try to do better, though don't cheat!
