This is a large blue suburban house for a family of up to 8 sims. It has 4 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom, 1 toddler room, 1 child/teen room and 1 teen/adult room. It is completely basegame. I'm sorry for the late upload I had a lot of difficulty with the landscaping and I spent a long time trying to get it looking acceptable. I eventually decided to just get it done and post it.
