this is a one storey home for up to 8 sims. it includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (possibly 3 if you dont want a laundry room) open plan kitchen diner that leads to the family room and a cinema. i have tried to fill this with base game only items as much as possible however the doors and windows are from eco and only placed the basic needs so you can decorate how you see fit. i cant wait to see what you come up with! please #Simmerstee1518 so i can see them!!
