The Hercules House was built by Rosewood & Co after Lord Tenner decided he needed somewhere new to eat. He picked this land becuase of the view and height, then building comenced. It took about 3 years for the whole property to be built. However within the first week of it opening Lord Tenner died so a statue was made to commemorate him.
