An eco-friendly (or as much as the game allows me) house built around a tree. This is a bit of a modern starter with a little twist. There is an outdoor kitchen, and the dining table is on the roof, as well as extra seating. The interior is a bit bland, but I was trying to keep the starter theme, so the inside was sacrificed.
