This house was built using @lilsimsie 's Wheel Spin Build Challenge! I made a neutral Ranch house with a back garden for $35k, perfect for 8 sims! It may not be the prettiest thing in the world, but, hey, it's a decent house for legacy households. The family I used as a basis for this house had 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a teen, 2 children, and a toddler.
