This shell is much different n shape and it also is much different in stye. It has an already fenced porch, a foundation, and so many ways to lay it out. I made a guess as to how many bedrooms and bathrooms it would have, but however you choose to lay it out will define that and you dont have to stick to thta limit for it to be great.
