This is a house big enough for 7 or 8 sims. The design is so that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and there are enough rooms upstairs for living, kitchen, office, etc. Uses base game and Cats & Dogs ONLY (the front stones that lead to the street are Vamps but you can replace these).
