While the bedrooms aren't true loft-design sleeping spaces, and are, in fact, actual rooms, the footprint of this house is very small, and would suit someone looking to live in a #tinyhouse. Kind of expensive to lable a #starter home, but that is because i used high-end furnishings, and fixtures.
