A home for a Family with one child. The Room on the upper floor is currently a place to draw, but it could be rebuilt into a room for a second child. A lot of space for having grill-parties at the upper floor. I imagined a teenage Girl, which possibly likes Metal living in the Kid's room. Maybe that's why there are a lot of posters on the walls.
