I downloaded this lot from #dutchsimsmaster and renovated it. I had the idea to make a sorority house even though you can't really. But if you used the new roomates sytems and made it a club this could be a sorority house for your sims. This house has space for 6 sims with 2 large and spacious bathrooms. There is also a study room, full kitchen, living area, dining room, and outdoor spaces. I decided to use this lot bc it fits with the look and feel of the Discover Univerity pack. #sorority #uni
