This one's a special build. It's an attempt to recreate a building from my hometown in the Netherlands: Zwolle. It's an old villa that was abandoned until a few years ago when it got a glass extension and became a restaurant with a beautiful view on the canals. It has place for about 45 Sims, a bar, a lounge with fireplace and 2 restrooms.
