Another base game renovation using only the base game! I did all of the limited landscaping with item debug and many commands. Nookstone is a lot located in Oasis Springs, this lot was oversized and rather ugly but I managed to turn it around ( At least I think - ) This is a STARTER home. Hence the small price of the build. Enough space for 2 adult Sims, of course you can always add on! #starterhome #renovation #earenovation
