I can't stand the original Hound's Head and it drives me crazy in ever save file, so I finally made a mansion, using the shell of the old one, to improve it to something I actually want to move my sims into. Empty Greenhouse in the back which can be used or easily deleted. The study doubles as a collection display room. The outside is left to be decorated for your own families!
