Relatively #modern house with glass roof above staircase. The fence around the pool is the only thing from the Perfect Patio stuff pack. #Unfurnished so you can do what you want. It's not too spacious but still a fairly large house, which I like, but feel free to change the floor plan (to make bigger/smaller rooms) and do whatever you want, it's just a house.
