The lot is abandoned, destroyed, trashed and now... a bar for the sims in my industrial-trash-apocalypse version of #portpromise. Maybe if they spent some time fixing the giant hole in the roof, or the one in the wall, or maybe just picking it up a little it wouldn't be such a disgusting venue for eating and drinking (and woohoo) #MOO to place.
