Well im not nearly creative enough to pull off anything like Doc's Breaking Bad esq chicken resturant.... So i went for a house. It's got 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom and can house 5 sims. I player tested everything and it seems to be in woring order. I placed the lot on the 30x20 lot in strangerville.
