I created this house for a family of 4. There are 3 bedrooms (for 2 children and the parents) 3 bathrooms (1 only toilet, 2 fully equipped), 1 laundry room and of course the kitchen with a dining room. I like the floorplan because it's different from what I used to build, especially the backyard. I know it turned out a little bit expensive, but a motherlode can fix everything, right?
