Ok, I know this has tecnically 2 rooms, not three, but you can turn the gym into a room, or divide the one upstairs with the 2 beds lol. Also, the only item I used from the movie hangout stuffpack was the giant screen, so if you don't have that pack you can use another screen, not a big deal.
