This build was based on the existing real-life structure called 'the Ruins' located near Bacolod City, Philippines. The Ruins itself, as it is known today, is what had remained of an Italian Renaissance mansion that was built in circa 1900 and had burned down in the 1940s. I've decided to reimagine it in the Sims and see what it would look like if it is to adaptively re-used into a BnB or a residential.
